Caller Feedback Survey The London and District Distress Centre is always looking for new ways to measure our caller's reactions to our service, volunteers and referrals that we provide. Our survey is approximately 8 to 10 questions long and takes only 5 mintues to complete. The survey is confidential and you can skip over any question you do not want to answer. Please take a few moments to let us know about your experience using the Distress Line or the Senior's Help Line!
