London area Divas have been celebrating Diva Day for 10 years!

The London and District Distress Centre would like to thank everyone for their support for our 10th annual Diva Day. Diva Day 2013 was held on Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at London’s Windermere Manor.

Diva Day is the premier fundraiser for the Distress Centre, an organization that provides empathetic listening to callers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All funds raised go towards recruiting, training and supporting  the centre’s call volunteers. 
Best of all, we raised over $20,000 in one afternoon!  These funds will help ensure that our phone lines are answered 24 hours, 365 days a year by highly trained and passionate volunteers. Without the dedication from our Diva Day committee members, and the generosity from sponsors, practitioners, and community donations, we simply could not continue to serve individuals in need to the calibre they have come to expect.
